Dear Parents, |
Thank you for your child's participation in the Venettes Cultural Workshop. At this time, we are preparing for our major fundraiser, our souvenir journal, which is sold at our annual recital. Proceeds from the journal will benefit the Venettes Cultural Workshop Endowment Fund, which ultimately benefits our graduating seniors.
This year, we are approaching the journal a little differently. In order to raise funds for the education of our youth, we are having a contest for the student who sells the most journal advertisements. The female or male student who reaches this goal will be crowned Miss/Mr. Venettes Cultural Workshop. The winner of this title will receive the following: |
*The winner will be crowned at our annual recital
*A crown and/or banner stating that they are Miss/Mr. Venettes Cultural Workshop
*Free dance lessons for the 2006-2007 dance year
*Winner's picture appearing on the VCW website's homepage for the entire year |
In order to jumpstart your ad sales, why not get started today? Ask businesses that you frequent, as well as friends and family members to purchase ads for your child. Our journal is distributed to over 1,000 people during our recital weekend and serves as an excellent tool to advertise business services. All funds made payable to the Venettes Cultural Workshop Inc. for the benefit of the annual journal are tax deductible.
Enclosed, please find additional information concerning the journal ads, pictures and prices. Please read over this information thoroughly, as no other reminders will be mailed home. Should you need any further information regarding the journal and any of the enclosed materials, please let me know.

Thank you so much for your support!
Blessings to all, Ms. Fran
